Delivery

Your order is delivered to the street level/ curb at the specified delivery address. 
Remember to check your order for shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt. Should you discover any marks on the packaging or damage to the product, this must be reported to Copenhagen Bath within 24 hours of receipt. In order to be able to treat the transport damage, Copenhagen Bath must have pictures of the damage on the packaging and product.

Om Acovi®-komposit

Acovi-komposit består av naturliga mineraler och akryl. Kompositen är gjuten eller limmad till den slutliga formen. Detta ger ett material med en unik hållbarhet.

Komposit har varit ett föredraget material i våra kök i många år. Den helt porfria ytan är därför perfekt för badrumsprodukter som badkar, handfat och bänkskivor i badrummet.

Copenhagen Bath® är specialiserat på kompositbadprodukter. Det speciella med Copenhagen Bath®s registrerade varumärke Acovi®-komposit är att den är solid och inte innehåller stenar och därför tål rengöringsmedel som t.ex. kalkborttagare i motsats till stenar som innehåller komposit.

En av de speciella fördelarna med solid Acovi®-komposit är att det är enkelt att reparera även om du skulle vara så otur att slå av en flik, vilket kan vara svårare med kompositprodukter som endast är ytbehandlade.

Skötselråd

Acovi® kräver endast minimal behandling för att se bra ut. Torka Acovi®-produkten med en mjuk trasa och varmt vatten för daglig rengöring.

Efter torkning rekommenderas att torka med en torr trasa. Detta görs för att undvika kalkfläckar.

Hela ytan bör rengöras ibland. Använd kalklösningsprodukter som hushållsvinäger eller KALK, låt den lösas upp vid behov. kalk i några minuter, torka sedan av produkten med ett milt rengöringsmedel, t.ex. en mild skurkräm applicerad i cirkulära rörelser tills smuts och kalk löses upp och ytan känns slät. Använd en trasa eller en vit skurplatta. Skölj med vatten och torka med en mjuk trasa.

 

Om diskbänken blir väldigt smutsig eller om det har skett gulaktiga kalkavlagringar, gör följande:

Slip ytan med mjuka cirkelrörelser med den medföljande vita svampen tills ytan är ren. Ytan är polerad med en mjuk trasa och skurkräm i cirkulära rörelser tills den är slät och utan nötningsmärken.

Torka av produkten med Stone Sealer från Copenhagen Bath. Tätningsmedlet appliceras jämnt med en torr ren trasa. Låt produkten torka i 15 minuter.

Använd inte grova skurplattor för daglig rengöring. Starka slipmedel och den gröna sidan av en skurplatta ska endast användas när svårare fläckar behöver tas bort.

 

Kemikalier som inte får användas på Acovi® inkluderar:

Petroleumbaserade produkter, klor, aceton, avloppsrengöringsmedel, spritdrycker etc. Dessa produkter kan skada ytan. Skölj omedelbart med vatten om dessa kemikalier skulle beröra produkten.

Personliga hygienprodukter och kosmetika förstör inte ytan. Om det finns ett oavsiktligt nagellack på diskbänken kan det tas bort med en nagellackborttagare utan aceton - skölj med vatten.

 

Behandling av repor och skadad yta

Att behandla någon. repor eller skadad yta på din Acovi®-produkt, slipa området med sandpapper i korn 240, 400 och 800. Börja med det lägsta antalet (grovt) och följ med ett högre antal (fin) i nämnda ordning. Fukta ytan innan du börjar slipa för att undvika irriterande slipdamm.
