Du har 14 dagers returrett på alle produkter, som du kjøper hos Copenhagen Bath.
Alle varer, som leveres retur, må være ubrukte, i original tilstand og i den originale emballasjen. Emballasjen må se ut som ny uten synlige merker, sånn at produktene til hver tid kan selges igjen.
Copenhagen Bath garanterer at vi vil utbedre enhver mangel på varene som følge av feil design, materialer eller utførelse som kommer innen en periode på to år etter levering av Københavns bad. Under garantien må Copenhagen Bath erstatte de mangelfulle varene eller delene ved å levere tilsvarende eller lignende varer eller deler til kjøperen uten omkostninger.
Eventuelle kostnader knyttet til transport og installasjon betales av kjøperen. Garantien dekker ikke mangler forårsaket av mangelfull eller feil installasjon, vedlikehold, bruk eller reparasjon eller feil som oppstår fra perioden etter levering av varene. I tillegg dekker ikke garantien mangler relatert til urenheter i vann eller annen normal slitasje. Copenhagen Bath er ikke ansvarlig for egnetheten til varene for den påtenkte bruken av kjøperen.

Om Acovi® kompositt
Acovi kompositt består av naturlige mineraler og akryl. Kompositten er støpt eller limt til den endelige formen. Dette gir et materiale med en unik holdbarhet.
Kompositt har vært et foretrukket materiale i våre kjøkken i mange år. Den helt porefrie overflaten passer derfor perfekt til baderomsprodukter som badekar, servanter og benkeplater på badet.
Copenhagen Bath® spesialiserer seg på komposittbadprodukter. Det spesielle med Copenhagen Bath®s registrerte varemerke Acovi®-kompositt er at den er solid og ikke inneholder steiner og derfor tåler rengjøringsmidler som f.eks. kalkfjerner i motsetning til komposittholdige steiner.
En av de spesielle fordelene med solid Acovi®-kompositt er at det er enkelt å reparere selv om du skulle være så uheldig å slå av en flik, noe som kan være vanskeligere med komposittprodukter som bare er overflatebehandlet.
Vedligeholdelse
Acovi® kræver kun minimal behandling for at se flot ud. I den daglige rengøring er det nok, at tørre Acovi® produktet af med en blød klud og varmt vand.
Efter aftørring anbefales det, at man tørrer efter med en tør klud. Dette gøres for at undgå kalkpletter.
Hele overfladen bør rengøres af og til. Brug kalkopløsningsprodukt som husholdningseddike eller KALK, lad det opløse evt. kalk i et par minutter, derefter tørres produktet af med et rengøringsmiddel med mild slibeeffekt, f.eks. en mild skurecreme der påføres i cirkelbevægelser, indtil snavs og kalk er opløst og overfladen føles glat. Brug en klud eller en hvid skuresvamp. Skyl med vand og tør efter med en blød klud.
Skulle vasken blive meget beskidt, eller er der kommet gullige aflejringer af kalk gøres følgende:
Med den medfølgende hvide svamp slibes overfladen i bløde cirkelbevægelser, indtil overfladen er ren. Overfladen poleres med en blød klud og skurecreme i cirkelbevægelser, indtil den er glat og uden slibemærker.
Aftør produktet med Stone Sealer fra Copenhagen Bath. Sealeren påføres jævnt med en tør ren klud. Lad produktet tørre i 15 min.
Brug ikke grove skuresvampe til daglig rengøring. Stærke slidemidler og den grønne side af en skuresvamp må kun bruges, når vanskeligere pletter skal fjernes.
Kemikalier der ikke må bruges på Acovi® er bl.a.:
Petroleumsbaserede produkter, klor, acetone, afløbsrens, mineralsk terpentin etc. Disse produkter kan ødelægge overfladen. Skyl straks efter med vand hvis disse kemikalier skulle berøre produktet.
Personlig hygiejne produkter og kosmetik vil ikke ødelægge overfladen. Skulle der ved et uheld komme neglelak på vaskens overfalde, kan det fjernes med neglelakfjerner dog uden acetone - skyl efter med vand.
Behandling af ridser og ødelagt overflade
For at behandle evt. ridser eller beskadiget overflade på dit Acovi® produkt skal området slibes med sandpapir i korn 240, 400 og 800. Begynd med det laveste nummer (grov) og følg efter med et højere nummer (fin) i den nævnte rækkefølge. Gør overfladen fugtig inden slibningen påbegyndes for at undgå generende slibestøv.
